Important Update
We are excited to announce our partnership with a new credit card processor to better serve your VISA credit card needs. With this new partnership, we want to inform current credit card holders of upcoming changes.
New Features
- 24/7 Cardholder Service: Call 866-691-4731 for balance inquiries, payment information, transaction history, statement requests, or to dispute a charge.
- myCards: Real-time credit card information including transactions, pending activity, payment information, statements, and custom email alerts.
What you need to know:
- Primary cardholders will not receive a new card until their current card expires.
- Secondary cardholders and authorized users will receive their new replacement card by March 24, 2025. Current cards may be used until March 24, 2025.
- For security reasons, secondary cardholders and authorized users will receive a new card with their own individual card number, Card Verifications Value/Code (CVV/CVC - three-digit number on the back of the card), and expiration date. Activation is required on the new card on or after March 24, 2025.
- If you plan to use your card at any ATM, you will be required to use a Personal Identification Number (PIN). You can select your unique PIN during the card activation process or call later to select your PIN.
- All members currently enrolled in eStatements for their credit card will need to re-enroll in eStatements on or after March 24, 2025.

Log in to your Hughes FCU Digital Banking app or online banking. Navigate to myCards to enter travel notices.
Please add your travel plans on myCards or contact us before you travel or go on a trip. Notifying us ahead of time is helpful to identify suspicious transactions and protect from possible fraud.
You can also send the form via a secure email message by visiting HughesFCU.org/Contact.
Primary cardholders will do nothing. Since your card number is the same, there is no need to make any updates to any recurring payment providers. Secondary cardholders and authorized users will receive a new card with their own individual card number, Card Verifications Value/Code (CVV/CVC—three-digit number on the back of the card), and expiration date, because you will have a new card number you would need to reset any preauthorized, or recurring payments tied to their current card number.

Penalty pricing will apply if we do not receive the required minimum monthly payment by the payment due date for two (2) consecutive months. The new increased rate of 16.99% APR (including any introductory rate and promotional rate) will apply on any existing and future purchase and cash advance balances. After the account is paid as agreed according to the terms of the Credit Card Agreement for six (6) consecutive months, the rate will be reduced back to the current prevailing APR.
